FOUNDERS

Robert and Patricia Lehr founded LEHR SIGNATURE HOMES LLC is an outgrowth of RKL CONSTRUCTION LLC, General Contractors. RKL CONSTRUCTION founded in 1992 specialized in land development and constructing communities throughout Northwest Washington.

LEHR SIGNATURE HOMES LLC was founded in 2007 to concentrate on fine custom home construction in the San Juan Islands and Anacortes. We employ an experienced team of skilled craftsmen, many of whom have worked with the company for many years.

We will organize a team responsible for quality construction, to build  your home in our special corner of the world.

Bob and Patti and their son Joshua and dog Bear presently live on San Juan Island after many years of having a home on Lopez Island  and Seattle.

WE KNOW HOW TO BUILD IN THIS VERY SPECIAL AREA

We have been building homes in the San Juan Islands and Anacortes for over fifteen years.
